Vital Life Foundation

Lisa Fogg • Board Member

If there’s been one consistent theme running through Lisa Fogg’s life, it’s the soft spot in her heart for children.  “Kids have always been dear to me,” she says, and from raising her own two girls to helping out with various child-related causes and charities, it continues to be a driving passion.

Lisa was born in Indiana, and credits her parents with fostering a commitment to always doing the right thing, telling the truth, loving people and valuing family. She grew up in Southern California, and attended Azusa Pacific University as a business major, where she met her husband of 30 years.

As part of a four-generation family commitment to long-term care, she’s held bookkeeping positions at Marquis Companies and Prestige Care, and also spent several years as an accomplished realtor in the Portland market. Lisa has served on the board of the Children’s Cancer Association and is currently a Chemo Pal Mentor—an on-going connection motivated by the devastating loss of a family member to the disease.

Through her lifetime of service, Lisa has been moved and energized by the opportunities to bring joy and inspire involvement. Now as a Vital Life board member, she’s committed to helping raise awareness of the causes the Foundation supports, and encouraging others to actively participate. Her sales pitch is simple, and deeply rooted in personal experience: “You get so much more back than what you put in.”
